Do you specialize in any particular industries?
My background is in healthcare and social services, and I work with B2B companies across professional services, consulting, and health tech. If your business serves other businesses and you have client success stories worth telling, we’re likely a good fit.
What do you need from me to get started?
Very little. A brief intro call to understand your goals, the name of the client you’d like to feature, and their contact information so I can schedule the interview. I handle the rest. Don’t have time for the call….?
How long does the process take?
A done-for-you case study typically takes 7-10 business days from interview to final draft. Cleanup projects are usually turned around within 7 business days.
Do you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. Confidentiality is standard practice and I’m happy to sign in NDA before any project begins.
What if I'm not happy with the final result?
My goal is a case study you’re genuinely proud of to share so if something isn’t working, I want to know so we can fix it. No cap on number of revisions.
Do you also design the case study?
Not at this time but I may in the future! I can refer you to some amazing graphic designers.
